One daily, with water. To maximise nutrient absorption, take with your largest meal of the day.
2. Is Nutrof® Total suitable for vegetarians?
No. It contains fish oil and the capsule contains (bovine) gelatine.
3. Is Nutrof® Total suitable for smokers or past smokers?
Yes. It does not contain beta-carotene, meaning it is suitable.
4. Can diabetics take Nutrof® Total?
Yes – 1 capsule = 0.22 g sugar. Nutrof® Total contains Sorbitol (38.7 mg per capsule).
